Our corporate group, which began in 1972 as a small building contractor, grew thanks to the speed of its integrated structure of development, construction and sales, along with its strength of a way of thinking unconfined by conventional wisdom. It listed on the stock market in 2001, and in September 2022 marked the 50th anniversary of its foundation.

In recent years, we have actively pursued business diversification and integration centered on our real estate business, as well as our energy business, finance business, and others. As a company listed on the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange since April 2022, we believe that fast and flexible management decisions and further strengthening of governance are essential, so on October 1 Takara Leben shifted to a holding company structure and changed its name to MIRARTH HOLDINGS.

The new company name was created by blending the Japanese word for future, “Mirai,” with the word “Earth.” The company holds as its purpose: “To design sustainable environments for a happier future for both people and our planet.” It expresses our determination to evolve beyond the confines of a comprehensive real estate developer to become a “future environment design company.”
We will further expand our operations into joint regional reconstruction by the public and private sectors, living in harmony with nature, compact cities and other cities of the future, as well as new endeavors like renewable energy and asset management. As the group’s representative company, we will lead in a manner that enables each group company to realize strong synergistic effects, as we aim to create new value and lasting growth.

With the speed that has been a strength of the company until now, the group will utilize its strong power of imagination, unconfined by conventional wisdom, to create new ideas. As MIRARTH HOLDINGS, also, we will continue to face the challenges of the next 50 years, and 100 years, with fast and responsive management decisions, flexible creativity, and diverse human resources.
